How can we motivate ourselves?
photo
You just get off of your pretty butt and do what you must do. I am kidding.

Well, it's not always easy to motivate oneself. Some days we wake up and feel as though we are on top of the world and other days, we feel like we don't even want to get out of bed. Hey! We're not supposed to feel good every single day or we would not be humans. There are reasons why we feel lousy sometimes. It's not because we're weak and unable to handle our own lives. Let's face it. Life is not always perfect. Sometimes, we may have to face disappointments. At the end of the day, it's really how we handle the tough days that matter.

Whether we are motivated once a month or every day. We must appreciate all of the days of our lives. The good, the though and the ugly. Because only through the lousy days are we able to appreciate the good days.

When there are challenges in life or seeming disruption of the appearance of the physical world, our inner world is what is out picturing.
We cannot recognize what we are not. We would not know peace if peace were not part of us already. Anything that is outside of us came from the inside first. If you have judgment, anger,or resentment; You can only recognize what you are. What about forgiveness? What would show up then?... Love. Forgive and it is a gift to you. More Love. Forgive not just the the obvious things, the little annoyances too and always forgive yourself for believing falsely. For there is only Love. No matter the appearance. Thats what all any of us really want, to be Love.

Lili is right on. Amazing thing is that she already knew this stuff as a child. No one taught her this. She didn't come up with this by readling a lot of book. She has the wisdom of a tribal Indian Chief. Such an old soul.

There is nothing like the present moment. We all carry stories taht are just that, a story. They do not define us. Lili's book is a reminder that we must not focus on the past but be present in the now.
